No surprise here, some bosses are really bad, even across the water. According to a report released by the Chartered Institute of Management (CIM), half of us say we could do a better job than our boss, and almost half (49%) say they’d take a pay cut to work with a better manager. What makes a good boss? CNN Living has some suggestions. For one, good bosses treat their employees with respect. It’s amazing how far bosses can get by showing a little respect. It’s equally amazing how many bosses fail miserably at it.
